Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements for implementing or optimizing SAP solutions.
- Configuring SAP software according to client requirements.
- Supporting the implementation, including installation, setup, data migration, and testing.
- Providing training to end-users on how to use SAP software effectively. Additionally, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems.
- Creating documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials to support the implementation and use of SAP solutions.
- Integrating SAP systems with other enterprise software applications, databases, and third-party systems as needed.
- Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure that SAP solutions meet quality standards and fulfil business requirements.
- Experience as an operational SAP or IT consultant experience with SAP PLM (Enterprise Product Formulation/Recipe Development, QM) is a nice to have but not mandatory. We will provide you with the training and support needed to get you up to speed.
- Experience with IT system implementation processes, including installation, setup, data migration, and testing.
- Knowledge of integrating IT systems with other enterprise software applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Strong skills in conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards and business requirements are met.
- Ability to create detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Ability to train end-users on effective use of an IT software, ensuring they can operate the system smoothly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Proven experience in providing support and troubleshooting end-users.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, food technologist or related field.
