Feladatok

Work out balanced production schedule on weekly/running quarter basis to meet on time delivery targets

Communicate and make arrangements with impacted departments to ensure uninterrupted production

Control materials and resources on the shop-floor to ensure effective and continuous production

Collaborate with sourcing department in controlling purchased material arrivals

Manage, update the production control data, own the MRP activities, assures that at job closing all labour and material properly charged on a job

Continuously work on to optimize the inventory level (purchased, semi-finished and finished materials) focusing on the period closes

Initiate and drive improvement actions of the production control and planning related processes using lean and 6sigma tools

Plan lean lines based on lean principles

Customer focus and product conformance

Schedule the daily production, plan and decide on resource utilization (labour, machine) and communicate it to production

Manage activities to provide quick feedback to the customer requests and questions

Active participation in mid and long term resource capacity planning (labour and machine)

Elvárások

Strong planning / inventory control background

Business or Technical University or College degree

Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company

Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills in Hungarian

Good communication level of spoken and written English

Familiarity with ERP system preferably Oracle

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Team player attitude

Demonstrated skill in formal problem solving processes and tools
