Feladatok

Route freight from pickup to delivery locations. Receive information about availability of material, goods, products within the scope to be transported from the Company’s or other locations (suppliers, clients, other parties) via logistics or planning systems

Create, own, and ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents in compliance with commercial agreements, associated to internal and external parties and terms. Ensure compliance to special document requirements like Letters of Credit

Issue and deliver all required shipping documents to forwarders, brokers, and carriers on time via required channels, ensuring compliance with origin and destination country regulations, and maintain complete records and audit trails in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations

Ensure compliance to free trade agreement export documentation creation process, partner with internal and external stakeholders

Drive communication with internal sourcing and customer contract management team, or directly with suppliers and customers as required to ensure on time pickup and delivery based on contractual terms

Interact with Logistics CoE, approved Carriers, Customs Brokers and/or Freight Forwarders providing and / or supporting to get all required information and documentation as needed for customs clearance for international shipments (import and export), following Customs team directions and guidelines where applicable

Actively monitor and approve freight charges to identify process behaviors and assess conformance to routing instructions and service level requirements

Send RFQs for spot quotes to relevant logistics service providers in accordance with the Company’s competitive bidding policy whenever the Company contracted rates cannot be applied on a shipment

Manage and maintain tracking information in system to ensure visibility and accountability of assets and on-time delivery, support goods receipt and revenue tracking

Support and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

1-3 years of experience in the field of logistics, preferably related to transportation

Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines, multi-tasking abilities and exception-based management capability

Intermediate English language knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management / Supply Chain Management/ Logistics and Transportation Engineering

Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation planning business drivers, organization structures and transportation key performance Indicators

Familiar with and/or have worked with Transportation Management Software

Experience in domestic/international logistics processes, compliance, and procedures

Excellent communication skills (engage with client stakeholders, warehouse, & logistics providers)

Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Ability to deal with ambiguity and change management
