Feladatok
Drive product line level metrics improvement on fulfilment while driving cost and quality initiatives.
Single point of contact for internal customers. Keep them updated on material arrivals and difficulties.
Monitor & supervise PO accuracy.
Own PO placing, need by date update, promise date collection.
Expedite and prioritize supply chain to meet need dates.
Drive pick-up logistics planning with logistics team and suppliers.
Own end to end advance payment management.
Proactively monitor AP invoice backlog quality, drive timely issue resolution and on time payments to suppliers.
Manage and track advance and investment payments accounting, partner with finance team, global commodity leader and suppliers.
Develop strong understanding of suppliers’ capacities, capabilities & processes to be able to improve their performance.
Support new supplier activation and development.
Partner with materials team for tracking finished good generator inventory.
Manage and facilitate visits & regular conference calls with suppliers.
Focus on key sourcing initiatives, continuous improvement and Lean methodology to mitigate fulfilment risk.
Support Inventory preventing early deliveries and focusing on usage of slow movers.
Support stocking programs implementation and monitoring.
Support NPI projects.
Support commodity leaders with request for quotations (RFQ).

Elvárások
Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.
BSc/BA Degree (Technical or Business preferred).
Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing.
ERP system knowledge.
Solid communication skills and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
Self-starter, resourceful.
