We are looking for an HR Officer to join our partner’s team in a dynamic international customer service and support environment. In this role, you will actively contribute to day-to-day HR operations and serve as a reliable point of contact for managers and employees in a fast-growing, continuously expanding organization. Tasks

Work closely with various departments and teams,
Monitoring staff performance and attendance,
Continuously review and improve company and HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements,
Plan and deliver training programs,
Support and follow up on onboarding for new hires ,
Prepare management reports,
Prepare employment contracts,
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related questions.
 

Requirements

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).,
Relevant educational background,
Minimum intermediate level English,
Proficient in MS Office,
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills,
Understanding of Hungarian labor laws and disciplinary procedures,
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills,
Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
