Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Expert & Delivery Manager to support the activities of our company. The key mission of the Infrastructure Expert & Delivery Manager is to: Oversee the implantation, deployment, and integration of solutions, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and sustainability of solutions Promote ITOps strategies and implementation goals Analyze and approve new code Support Infrastructure & Virtualization platforms The Infrastructure Expert activities include the functional lead of Virtualization and ITOps teams, assigning and monitoring workflow and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained. The Infrastructure Expert will work closely with the other IT professionals to facilitate the treatment of new expectations and improvements for all its entities.

- Ensure decisions regarding our company´s eco-system technologies needs and ensure regulatory standards are met, oversee any changes in system architecture both from a build and BAU points of view
- Define Infrastructure support model aligned with company and ensure knowledge is kept internally
- Ensure the ROI of the Virtualization & Infrastructure environments and meets technologies requirements & budget efficiency
- Ensure Virtualization solutions are easy to deploy and compatible in the event of onboarding new companies
- Ensure all Pharma compliances are met
- Put in place innovation processes – continuous improvement
- Oversee the IaaC model into Cloud and On Premise
- Incident and Change management in GxP environments
- Service Request management
- Maintain relevant Virtualization and ITOps teams with standards in line with appropriate best practice of GxP
- Lifecycle management of Infrastructure environments
- Academic background: System engineering major with technical architecture specialization preferred
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 15+ years in IT Expertise, Management and Development
- Strong experiences in hybrid environment (Global - Local context & Cloud – On Premise platform)
- Strong knowledge in operating systems
- Strong knowledge in storage and backup solutions
- Good knowledge in Automation tools and scripting: Ansible Tower, Terraform, GitLab, python, json
- High level of proficiency with Infrastructure as a Code in public and private cloud environments
- An experience in Life Science industries (LPM, GxP…) would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Change and Incident management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Be innovative, creative, have an out of the box mind-set
- According to the company´s Cafeteria policy, gross 636,000 HUF/year (also during the probationary period)
