This supervisor position will work closely with other teams within the Entitlement Review Management team and business units across the company.  The right candidate will have a good understanding of the end-to-end entitlement review process and identity access management best practices, managing/leading a large-scale team, and be a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.

Tasks
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of entitlement review campaigns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with best business practices, enterprise entitlement review standards, policies, and controls
  • Manage the backlog of applications and entitlements to be onboarded into the enterprise entitlement review life-cycle management process and systems (Manual and Automated)
  • Serve as a direct line supervisor for the Entitlement Review team staff, aligning its capabilities to business and technology team requirements.
  • Lead metrics and analytics of entitlement review campaigns and the applications onboarding process.
  • Partner with application, business, and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Partner with internal and external Audit teams to gather supporting evidence for various regulatory and audit requests.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented in formal process and procedure documents and updated on a regular basis.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to mature the entitlement review program across the organization.
  • Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of all work.
Requirements
  • 8+ years within Identity Access Management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve successful outcomes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Experience with an industry-leading access life-cycle management tool and processes
  • Background in risk and controls
