Our facility:
Located in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary (30 min from Budapest).
Ceelog is one of the most important Distribution Center (DC) in Europe in term of volume. It also has an adaptation center.

The main objective of the Methods team in the Distribution Center is to continuously improve our performance and service level

Our mission is simple:
•Design, map, and improve our processes.
•Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM, MTM, etc.)
•Track distribution center performance and analyze root cause for improvement.
•Implement digital and automation solutions
•Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
•Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design.
•Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.

What will you do?
•Contribute to the global efficiency of the warehouse and/or Adaptation center
•Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools and systems.
•Support lead engineers on complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
oSafety and ergonomics.
oQuality & Customer satisfaction.
oEfficiency & Service Level.
oCost reduction.

•Fluency in English.
•Advanced level on Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D
•Studies in Data Science/Artificial intelligence, Logistics and Engineering
•Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
•Proficiency in VBA programming is a plus.
•Proficiency in 3D-Modelling tools (Blender, AutoCAD 3D, etc.)
•Working Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan WMS is a plus.
•Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
•Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
•Basic Knowledge of SMART technologies (Cobot, AGV, etc.)
