We are seeking a success-driven, hunter-minded Consultative Sales Professional to accelerate our international growth. This role is designed for a high-performance business developer who builds pipeline proactively, closes complex enterprise deals, and confidently engages C-level stakeholders. You will own the full consultative sales lifecycle for custom AI and software solutions across domestic and international markets. You believe revenue is engineered through disciplined funnel management, structured CRM execution, and measurable conversion metrics — not chance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities across industries.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Conduct structured needs analyses and co-create AI solution strategies aligned to measurable ROI.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with executive stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Position Holistic as a long-term AI transformation partner.
  • Lead and win complex RFPs and structured procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated multi-year experience successfully submitting and winning proposals with international organizations and multilateral institutions.
  • Proven track record preparing and securing Hungarian (HU) and European Union (EU) grant and funding applications, including innovation, R&D, and digital transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of compliance-driven procurement frameworks and evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, finance, legal) under strict submission deadlines.
  • Leverage and expand an extensive domestic and international business network across industries.
  • Develop strategic alliances with complementary solution providers, consulting firms, and technology partners.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling strategies.
  • Own the sales process end-to-end, including forecasting accuracy and deal
Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise consultative selling (AI, advanced software, SaaS, digital transformation, or complex solutions).
  • Strong hunter mentality with documented new logo acquisition success.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Multi-year experience submitting and winning successful RFPs.
  • Experience engaging international organizations and structured procurement environments.
  • Demonstrated success in HU and EU grant and funding applications.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled negotiator in complex enterprise deal structures.
  • Established cross-industry relationships.
  • Ability to activate network channels to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Strong belief in funnel metrics, pipeline mathematics, and structured sales governance.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Analytical and forecasting-driven mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing AI, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architectures.
  • Ability to translate technical capability into strategic business value.
  • Willingness to experiment with new sales methodologies and AI-enabled tools.
