We are looking for a senior .NET/C# developer with strong Azure experience to build a cloud-native integration between Infor HCM and Microsoft Entra ID. The solution runs in Azure Functions and automates joiner–mover–leaver processes by transforming HR data into SCIM format and sending it via Microsoft Graph / Entra provisioning APIs. The focus is on API integration, data transformation, and reliable delivery (logging, retries, monitoring), not business rule implementation, which is handled by Entra provisioning. The system is critical for ensuring timely and secure access provisioning and deprovisioning in an enterprise environment. Full remote role with a short-term project setup (with potential extension). The work is delivered in a distributed, international environment.

- Develop and maintain an Azure Functions-based integration in .NET/C#
- Implement REST API integrations between Infor HCM and Microsoft Entra ID
- Transform HR data into SCIM-compliant format and send it via Microsoft Graph / Entra provisioning APIs
- Ensure reliable data processing (logging, retry mechanisms, error handling, monitoring)
- Work in a cloud-native Azure environment with secure authentication (Managed Identity)
- Collaborate with infrastructure and identity management teams
- Senior-level experience in .NET / C# development
- Strong experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
- Hands-on Azure experience, especially Azure Functions or serverless workloads
- Experience in building production-grade integration solutions
- Strong understanding of data transformation and integration patterns
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and resilient system design
- English working proficiency
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
- Familiarity with SCIM protocol
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
- Experience in enterprise HR or identity provisioning integrations
