The team supports clients in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, capital market transactions, valuations, business modelling, due diligence, and financial consulting. The Valuation, Modelling & Economics team helps clients assess the value of businesses, securities, intellectual property, fixed assets, intangible assets, and other strategic resources.

Your responsibilities will include
- Participating in business valuation and financial analysis projects
- Applying valuation methodologies and financial approaches
- Building and reviewing financial and business models in Excel
- Supporting the preparation of valuation reports for financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation purposes
- Analysing and presenting complex financial data and model outputs
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating and mentoring junior team members on projects
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Mathematics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in valuation, transaction advisory, or business modelling
- Strong interest in valuation, M&A, and financial advisory projects
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Strong financial modelling skills, including building models from scratch in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
