We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain impactful analytics solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory. Tasks:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and business insights
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI)
- Translate business needs into effective reporting and BI solutions
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders across the organisation
- Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Develop and improve data models, queries and reporting structures
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and overall data quality
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of BI and data processes
- Continuously improve performance and usability of reporting solutions
- Present insights in a clear, structured way to non-technical audiences
- 2-4 years hands on relevant experience
- Proficiency in Power BI is required, including experience building dashboards, creating reports, and developing data visualisations to support business decision-making.
- Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable BI solutions and clear visual narratives
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, ERP systems) and integrating data from multiple sources
- Customer-focused with a drive for delivering high-quality insights
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Snowflake
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Snowflake
- Bachelors degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Tableau
