We are looking a SharePoint Support Engineer for our Business Partner who is a global financial services firm providing fund administration, investment support, and technology-driven solutions to institutional clients.

Tasks:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and on-premises), including sites, permissions, and content
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform runs smoothly
- Design and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and basic custom solutions aligned with business needs
- Support intranet maintenance by updating content, improving structure, and optimizing user experience
- Assist with migrations from legacy systems (e.g., file shares, Google Drive) to SharePoint
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and change/adoption specialists
- Provide user support, guidance, and occasional training to encourage best practices
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a support-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps – nice to have)
- Must have
- Microsoft 365 Certified Teamwork Administrator Associate or SharePoint Administrator
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Engineer, ideally in SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site structure, permissions, libraries, lists, and workflows
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and content migration strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable to fast-changing digital environments

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
