We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer on a contractor basis to support a project that builds a blueprint for AI-assisted and agentic engineering — a reusable way for teams to bring AI and autonomous agents into how they actually work. It is deliberately broad: not just software, but any kind of development and engineering need a team might have, from hardware and systems engineering to requirements, testing, documentation, and program management. The blueprint gives a team a shared, version-controlled foundation that both humans and agents can rely on and connects to the tools they already use. A framework only creates value when real teams adopt it well, and that is where this role comes in. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with teams, help them stand up and tailor the approach for their context, coach them through their first real AI-assisted work, and feed what you learn back so the blueprint keeps getting better for everyone. You are the bridge between a powerful framework and the reality of how teams work day to day.
