Responsibilities
•Handing incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Bulgarian and English.
•Resolving client issues and providing accurate information about our services.
•Updating the internal database (SAP) with relevant customer information.

•Active student status in Hungary (either full-time or part-time).
•Native or fluent (C1) Bulgarian language skills.
•Fluent (B2/C1) English language skills (Hungarian is NOT required).
•Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
