Tasks
- Collaborative Requirement Analysis: Assist in defining acceptance criteria for Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in partnership with Solution Architects.
- Test Plan Development and Management: Develop and revise Test Plans in Azure Test Plans, adapting them to evolving user stories and requirements.
- Issue Identification and Tracking: Communicate and document issues clearly, with reproduction steps, in Azure DevOps, and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- Retesting and Acceptance Confirmation: Conduct thorough retesting to confirm that fixes satisfy acceptance criteria.
- Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing as part of the software development process.
- Multi-Project Engagement: Work effectively across multiple projects, showcasing strong time management and organizational skills.
- Client Testing Support (UAT): Act as a liaison between clients and the development team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Customer-Issue Response: Address customer-identified issues, conduct reproduction tests, and collaborate with the development team for resolutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in testing web applications, including modern HTML5/SPA applications integrated with RESTful APIs.
- Testing Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, BrowserStack, Jira and TestRail.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience working in Agile team environments.
- Automation Knowledge: Understanding of test automation tools and methodologies.
- Experience with any mainstream automation framework like: Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
- Additional Testing Skills: Knowledge of BDD, Gherkin and experience in performing load testing.
- Database Skills: Basic understanding of database operations, including SQL Server Management Studio.
