Feladatok
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for fixed asset and capital spending processes, including policies, budgeting, project initiation, asset acquisition, capitalization, maintenance, and reporting
Improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls around actual capital spending and Construction in Progress (CIP), including aging analytics to ensure timely capitalization
Support controllership and site teams by strengthening key controls and reporting related to idle assets, impairment reviews, asset maintenance, and physical fixed asset inventories
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, analytical capabilities, and reporting integrity for the fixed asset subledger, depreciation actuals, forecasting, site reinvestment ratios, and CIP aging
Partner with global stakeholders to develop and harmonize standard operating procedures, document and train teams on key processes
Coordinate global fixed asset and capital calendars (physical inventories, budgeting cycles, etc.) across GSC Finance teams
Communicate and align on current- and future-state processes and controls, proposing solutions to bridge system or process differences across sites
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics COE to advance financial analytics, strengthen controls, and improve operational accountability and transparency

3-4 years expertise in relevant area
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Knowledge of US GAAP and fixed asset accounting policies and practices
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BAAN or similar)
Familiarity with digital and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, RPA)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deliverables independently
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Advantage: Certified accountant qualification
